"Call center"...there is justice in the world

- di pud tanan kay ako di man ko frustrated hehe pero i detest it na man bisan wa pa ko kasuway wala nadawat ( di lang sa panghambog hehe) pero kasukaon na ko anang trabahoa tungod lang sa kadugay hehe maygani nibiya na ko anang bisyoha hehe

ang mga call center jobs tinuod dako kaayo'g tabang sa mga batan-on nga manrabaho na jud, ug sa mga di na pud kaayo batan-on basta ma-train ug kahibaw sad maninglis (bisan gamay ra gani, pwede na man karon), ug kahibaw lng mugamit ug pc bisan gamay ra pud.

pero dili man jud nindot idugay labi na kung naa pa'y daghang 'unfinished business'. kasagaran mauyon sa sweldo so kung wa pa kahuman, aw madugay jud nuon ug graduate or kung di ba di na jud mubalik skwela. dili pud nuon tanan.

nindot man na'ng mu-trabaho sa call centers ba, magkasayon magkadugay, mas dako jud ug sweldo kaysa imong gi-eskwelahan pero giundangan namo kay makabogo. makat-on lagi ka sa imong trabaho ug maayong troubleshooting or uban technical skills pero ma-limit nalang ka diha kay mao ra na imong permi buhaton (aside form mag browse hehe). balik balik lang. nya makat-on ka'g daghan kaboang para lang pawala sa puol ug kapoy ug pressure pero di gyud gihapon maayo i-karir kung lahi imong field na gieskwelahan ug gigradweytan.

imagine, i didnt even apply for convergys, yet i received a call about 5 minutes ago...what ticked me off was that during the middle of our conversation, the line went dead...

unsa gud ni? ila ko gipasuya or anything?

hahaha...basin epekto na ni atong The Secret...sub-consciously naa gyud baya koy longing to work in a call center because of the lucrative pay...and yet, also lodged within my subconscious is the thought that i would never get hired...

dapat unta ang mga company diri sa ato pareha unta ug style sa call center in terms of sweldo ug benefits ug requirement. sus ang mga companya diri, grabe kaayo ug requirement, tapos ang sweldo, minimum ra. sakto kaha na. most be top 20 of the class. most have 5yr experience. from a reputable school. college grad. pass tor/resume/2x2 picture.

pero ang requirements sa call center: at least 2nd year college ug maayo mo storya. period.
ang sweldo dagko kaayo.benefits pa.pwd ra gani adto ka nya wala ka resume. fill-up lng ka sa ila from. daog na.

i agree.. cge lang inom, cge kaon. chAr!Ü pero kapoi bya jud ni nga job. may gani fixed na ako sked ron. den off sat-sun, so dili na kau xa stressful.... Ü ang kapoi is nytshift. kay tulog jud ka whole morning, halos dili mo magkita sa mga taw sa balay...den inig abot ug day-off naghagok ka kay either weekday imo off or kapoi... hais!Ü kung makakita kog office work nga pareha sweldo dri, sa way pag duha2 jud ug balhin..

nah mao na, ambot asa nga company parehas sweldo aning call center, not unless w/ experience na jud ka.. tsk tsk.. nag.apply ko mga IT companies, atot minumum kaayo ang pay.. ahayyyyy...
