After that, she concluded nga hasol kaayo mag open ug cafe. Daghan ka bayranan. Ok ra ang taxes sa city hall, baranggay hall pero sa ICAC huh! kas ra sa iya money. Thats why wala na siya mag open ug cafe. Maybe a different business. Kadtong nag close nga mga cafe, you cannot make basol to them nga nag close sila. Kay nagbasol gihapon na sila nga nagpa member sila sa ICAC nga wala man gamit. Unsa man ang natabang sa ICAC kadtong mga nag close? Unsaon pagtukod ug association kung dili ka cafe operator? Look at icac website. Their officers are cafe owners!

So ang reason ra gyud sa imong Amiga para mu backout kay tunggod sa ICAC membership? Willing sya mu gasto ug 100's of thousnds para mag setup ug Internet Cafe nya masakitan cya sa P3000 nga membership sa ICAC? Wala nya nakitan sa iyahang "study" kung unsa ka hinay ang Icafe business karon? o unsa kadaghan ang problema sa mga cafe owners kay ubos na kaayo ang presyo nila? Mas dako pa gyud diay ang impact sa P3000 kaysa sa sa paginvest ug at least 300K para lang sa 10 ka computers wala pay labot sa networking, renovation, Internet connection, kuryente, ug attendant? Sigurado nga daghan sa mga cafe nga nag close nagbasol gyud... tawn sad uy.. ikaw ba dili ka magbasol pero ngano ang ICAC man ang imuhang basulon? tunggod lang s P3000 membership fee uy P500 annual renewal? Nagbasol sla kay wala sila nag tarung ug feasibility study. Wala nila gi compute ug tarung ang lean times sa internet cafe, diretso diretso lang sila pagsugod nila. Kung buot huna hunaon, pasalamat pa gani unta ka ug ang imong amiga nga tunggod sa seminar sa ICAC, nakaibao mo nga daghan kaayo hasol sa ani nga negosyo. naa pa mo time mu.backout. Imbis mutabang mo Inyo pa nuon tumban ang mga tao nga nagsuway ug tabang. Need I tell you that there's also ICAM - Internet Cafe Association of Mandaue. They can go there and get their accreditation, as it says in the ordinance, you ony need an accreditation from an Internet Cafe Organization to get a business permit. Just because ni ingon ang taga City Hall nga adto sa ICAC - MAFIA - na diay dayon... nangwarta, nangurakot, ug uban pa? Kung ingon ana kadali mag.accuse ug tao.. kung mu.ingon ko BAKAKON KA... tunuod sad diay?

In all my postings here, I've been trying to be civil and professional but you and your friends are making a mockery of this forum and Istorya.net for that matter. Inyong gipagawas nga walay integrity ang Istorya kay inyo lang ni gigamit para pagdaot lang sa ICAC. Even an Admin who shouuld have been impartial kay nakisalo. This is not the first time that Istorya was used to flame ICAC and I'm sure that this will not be the last. I just hope that the Moderators and Admins here be OBJECTIVE and do your duty to keep everyone in check. This site's INTEGRITY is really taking a beating everytime you let this happen.

If you must know, dili man requirement nga Cafe Owner ka para mag setup ka ug organization. basta lang naa kay dedication to help pwede naman na. Just make sure you can spare a lot of your time to build it up. I should know... I've been there and I had to sacrifice a lot of things to help get this organization to this level. It took us five (5) very long years to stabilize this organization with a lot of people like YOU trying to put us down. We've weathered through all of them and in the long run... you too.

I await your reply to the call telling everyone who you are and showing all your proof to all the accusations you have against our organization. Tell us who you anr and show us your proof and if you're right then we will voluntarily disband the organization or if you want, we'll give the reigns of the organization over to you and your friends hands down.

With regards to my friend. ICAC was the mean thing why she did not pursue her Icafe plans. She said she will not tolerate this kind of corruption. Ok lang ang computers because she can sell that in case she will close her business. Nya dili man siya mu hire ug people kay she have niece and relatives who are still studying and willing to do the part time job. Well if she only has enough money to just start the business and ICAC is not part of her budget siyempre ma surprise siya why she has to spend that kind of money for something na way klaro kung para unsa. Plus I read the website of ICAC and it doesnt say anything about 3k and 500 annual in the city ordinance. So she was just disgusted and did not pursue her plans. Of course you have to defend ICAC kay you are an officer of that association. Dapat e abolish ni karon dayon! Kung dili man e abolish ang ICAC, e abolish ang mga fees (3k membership and 500 annual)

What are we corrupting? you? your friend? who are we corrupting?Â* Like what we've been saying, the membership is voluntary and if you want to be a member, you have to follow the rules set by the organization.Â* Its was the Local Government's call to set up an accreditation for the Internet Cafe business not ICAC's.Â* Does that mean there's corruption? Does that mean that the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry is also corrupted since as a Business Organization, ICAC has also paid membership to it too. A website is static. As an organization, we do not publish everything in a website, we have information that are only privy to the members and as a non-member, you don't have acess to it obviously.Â* As an officer, I have my responibility to see if your accusations are true or not.Â* If it is, then it is my responsibility to report this to the ICAC membership and inform them that there is something wrong within the organization.Â* And if there is then I'd rally the members to do something about it.
