ako pud, i dont think we should be proud of him. yes, he has made it big nationally but its not something that we cebuanos should be proud about. even before the meralco stock holders meeting, he has already put shame on himself and his roots by being the head of gsis. nglisud naman gani siya ug atiman sa gsis, what made him think that he can handle another responsibility as big as meralco? daghan pa kaayo ug issues with the members of gsis and the contributions that are always deducted from our salaries every single month but inig adto namo sa gsis, dili updated ang ilang records!! then with the loans pa, if kami ang mosobra ug bayad, dugay pa kaayo ang refund, but if dili mi makabayad dayon, dali ra kaayo sila makapatong ug interest.

which brings me to wonder, who, in the name of god, told Mr. Winston Garcia that he has even the slightest right to include himself or even solve the surging crisis of electricity cost when he himself cannot manage his own agency?

Garcia is focusing on Meralco, and obviously maapil gyud ang Lopezes ky cla man ang ga control. Meralco is not equal to Lopezes.

i don't want to expound this part kanang "cebuano proud ba ni Garcia". depende ra gyud na sa isig katawo unsay tanaw niya...unya sa poll, dili ghapon ka mka ingon nga MAJORITY sa istoryans ky mga 50 ra kabuok ang ning butar. ky ngano, 50 ra diay ang members sa istorya? u can only make that statement if tanan istoryans ning botar.

wala lage ko niingon nga "majority". klaroha kno na beh. don't put words into my mouth. ang akong gisulti "nagka daghan", increasing (take note dili ni synonym sa "majority" ha)...i have even provided examples why. dili naman gani ko knanglan mo explain pa unta ana.

anyway bro, we really don't differ much in our ideologies at all. we just don't agree on some issues. parehas ratag tumong ani. we want a better government. we want better services. we want lower power rates. we want affordable fuel prices, etc etc ek ek...hehe

again, high cost sa meralco electricity bill ang effect, mao pangitaon ang rootcause, and again i still think generation gihapon daku ani tanan, and about meralco giving better incentives sa ila mga taw(this is also done here with our veco among others, dili lang cguro ana ka dako)...mao na putlon o minusan nila through their board meeting. kay na monopolize man nila didto. but overall maayo man management sa meralco kay nindot man ila performance and naka benifit sad ang GSIS ana, tiaw mo na mudako lang imong kwarta naglingkod2 ra sila huwat sa ginansya.

the issues after issues i meant were those issue that would directly involve the administration nga obviously naa sila power to manage the crisis i.e., rice, gasoline...sakto ka, unsa gud tawn sa labot sa bayot?ug sa gikaiingon ko na, kidnapping is a result of poverty, even terorist now fell the poverty in the philippines.hahaha,(asa naba to ang mga financier ani nila sa oi).
