    dili... ang BMI is based on your height and weight.. proportion.. there's no way you can calculate the body fat percentage with that( i think..) but it's ok for most people to use BMI for checking their fitness level.. The BMI value will overestimate bodyweight in athletes and others who have muscular builds, and it will underestimate bodyweight in older persons and others who have lost muscle mass.

    pero naa pud dala gadget ngadto mo calculate sa imo body fat bro, mao btaw i know nga 16% na lang ako body fat :mrgreen:

    sorry bro ha na mix ako explination sa previous, na wala man gud to ako copy, pero nag pa weig in na pud ko gabii, mao ni cya bro.
    kuha-on d i nag imo body fat estimation, kuhaon imo body fat index % ang mugawas,
    nya ang imo fat mass, lbs. og kg. ang ila ipa gawas
    nya ang free f. mass ilb. og kg gihapon ang mu gawas

    example ani ang akoa,
    weight: 155 lbs. / 70.6 kg
    height: 5ft 7.3in / 171cm
    Body Fat Estimation:
    Fat Index : 17.6%
    Fat Mass : 271lbs / 12.4kg
    Free F. Mass : 128lbs. / 58.2kg
    Body Mass Index
    ako BMI 24.1 ang normal kuno nga BMI between 20 and 24.9
