Para nako? Brewed coffee hands down. Instant coffee....ugh.
Taste is a personal experience. Some like it dark. Some love the aroma. And some the kick of a good coffee.
Me? Siempre, espresso gyod. Dark Italian coffee. Parang sikuati. That is the ultimate.... using freshly ground Italian coffee. Sarap ang sipa. It gives a certain high.
Hey, btw, anybody here tried Coffee Alamid? Very smooth. And expensive! Know where it comes from? Right here in the Philippines! These coffe beans are eaten or swallowed whole by Alamids, a kind of civit cat that roams the forest in the Philippines and these are excreted whole as well. These "processed coffee" are then picked up by coffee farmers for roasting. Suave kaayo.
Coffee Alamid is considered one of the best if not the best in the world.
