bro, 2 pieces akong gipalit sa ilaha bro around 2pm. it was supposed to be my dinner. akong gihatag ang isa ka piece sa akong 5yr old girl gikaon sa sm pa mi around 4pm. sa pier na nako gi kaon ang akong share while waiting for the boat.
ang-ang man pod ug mubalik pa ko sa s.m. nga naa naman ko sa pier nghulat sa weesam. it was around 6. i would certainly miss the trip and miss my work the following day.

well if ganahan pa ka mupalit or mukaon didto, thats your choice. wala man ko ni ingon nga

@llradzll, sometimes things like this happened, any products are not perfect. Given that you had raised this concern to the right authority (management), you should've waited on the results of the investigation on what really happened as this is a major concern for them too. I assume nangaratol nato sila ron kay liman ka ipa stop nila ang production sa products containing raisins.

But by posting this directly on this forum, you are dropping a name without knowing the truth. Without giving them the chance to hear their story. Yet the picture is not that reliable, IMO. Anyone can use breadtalk's bread plastic, put roaches on the bread and took a picture. I'm not saying that you are not honest on this but this can be used for other purpose. Wala ka mo ingon nga "don't eat in breadtalk kay naay ok-ok", but what you are doing now is badmouthing the store na. People don't know you, they don't know your real intention but by dropping a bread store name and posting a picture with cockroach, ganahan pa ba sila mopalit? "eeewwww", "yaaaks" kay naay ok-ok. See the reactions? Isn't that destroying store's reputation without getting the real score? If I am on other's foot, I would surely say "Kahebaw mo, kita ko sa Istorya ba, ang bread sa Bread talk ba kay naay ok-ok". "Huh?, kalain gud ana". These are just some consequences to happen, maapil pa ang Istorya kay diri gi post. Hope you get what I mean.

If you only took a picture right at the moment you were on the store, with staff/manager as witnesses then you have a very solid and strong evidence. Pero wala ni mahitabo cause you eat the bread outside the store na and later found out nga naa diay ok-ok sa sulod sa bread. I believe rare case rani. Kung akoi manager sa bread talk maam, I will give you the authority to check all breads if you can find other breads with roaches. This might sound weird but since manager ko, I have the right to protect our products.

Istorya food and dining is page is full of allegations that shows no proof....perhaps the moderators should include in the rules that if someone posts an allegation against a food product or food outlet without posting a supporting picture as proof, then the post should immediately be deleted and the one who posted be banned......practically everyone has a celphone with cam, thus reasons like "I did not bring my camera" shouldn't be entertained......let's prevent Istorya from becoming a venue for baseless accusations....

The point na you found out naay ok2 ang pan nimo , nganmo imohang gi kaoin man ? Didnt you realize unsay point ngano ni reklamo ka na gi kaon ra man nimo ? Defeats the purpose right ? By the way , I rechecked the pic you posted , something is there but defintely di siya ma identify na ok2 . Unless you have other pics na makita niom ang porma sa ok2 jud mao I said a pic speaks a thouan words but it doesnt justify anything .

i didnt say i ate all of it. im not that stupid enough ga pagkakita nako sa "foreign object" tiwason pa jud nako. akong giluwa ang akong gikaon bai. i still kept that piece of bread w/ the roach.. ive put it in the freezer.

i still have lots of pictures in macro shot settings.
i only posted one kay mapuno nya ang isa ka page sa thread.

if manager ka nya pikatan nimo ang customer, i dont think its professional to do that.

Indeed its not but if I have to do it specially to people who doesnt give sufficient and supporting documents on something he or she claims , basin batok sa liog pa ang akong ihatag .

Good , balita-i unya mi ug results sa meeting ninyo . Present all the pictures you have , actual frozen bread with the ok2 still there , reciepts , dates , time , etc . They might compensate you if ever it will be proven na ilaha gyud to .

indeed they came here in bohol. just a while ago, one came manila other one from cebu.
they compensated me.

they apologized naman and we discussed some other things related to the incident.
sayon ra man ko ikaistorya.
i also gave them the bread that contained the roach.

will scan the gift certificate later.
