well, research ko, turns out naay similarity,
some Lyrics from Utada's First Album, FIRST LOVE

"You are always gonna be my love
Itsu ka dare ka to mata koi ni ochite mo
    I'll remember to love
    You taught me how
You are always gonna be the one
Ima wa mada kanashii love song
    Atarashii uta utaeru made"

"You will always be inside my heart
Itsu mo anata dake no basho ga aru kara
I hope that I have a place in your heart too
Now and forever you are still the one
Ima wa mada kanashii love song
    Atarashii uta utaeru made"

hmmm..I'm not a japanese speaker, maybe these are words spoken in daily japanese life, but I ave to admit, there are similarities.

Pero, If they ever did take it form Hikki's song.....now I'm mad and disappointed....ayaw gyud hilabti akong uyab na Si Utada Hikaru.

hey, come to think of it, what if the exact english meaning of the japanese parts in itsumo translate to "GENERIC-TYPE" lyrics that can be found in one out of 10 love songs on the planet I don't think that's plagiarism. What if those phrases are always used in common parlance?? An english songwriter cannot be accused of plagiarism if he uses a line in a song that goes "i will love u forever" or "i can wait for u" or "more than words" because these lines are common, and can be considered in a weird sorta way, Public Domain...

    do you get my drift??

    ayt

    peace out!!
    I guess your right

Itsumo lang gihapon ang gilalisan dri 48years naman ning gilalisan oi.
katong mga taw nga ang nahibaw-an kay ITSUMO ra ang song sa Dice & k9.... obviously naminaw ra sa baduy nga station. The group has already released their 3rd single SHAKE & its doing good (aside from Last Christmas sa Christmas album by Warner). Grabe naman sad... wala moy TV sa inyoha
Dice & k9 will be included in a compilation which will be released in Japan. So far Dice & k9 is the highest paid rap group in the Philippines. & samot karun na they are now under a new & better management.
Watch out sa ilang 2nd album! There's a lot of collaborations (Gloc9, J.O.L.O, SVC, 7Shots, Keith Martin, Raymnd Marasigan, Cheese, Madd World, Chinese Mafia, Pikaso & artstrong)& good productions. Sagpa ni sa inyoha.
Kanang mga nagcgeg panira sa Dice & k9 obviously NASUYA!.
Kataw-anan kaayo mo oi, ganahan man gani ang mga artist nila, kamo nuon nga mga walay ayo, cge ug criticize.
Katong mga MCs nga nagtuo nga maayo cla... paghimo ug album nga nindot & try topping Dice & K9.
FYI: Kamo cge mog panaut sa Dice & k9. cla baya naninguha ug pangitag paagi nga magkanaay unity ang Hip-Hop sa Pilipinas with their mixtape "PILIPINAS" featuring rap artist all over the Philippines.
    KAMO UNSA MAY NABUHAT NINYO

Nasoya? Please I don't care what they do or what kind of medicore tracks they put down. It doesn't change the facts they suck. But then again its my opinion. Plus underground is way better than mainstream.

I might have choose to lay it to rest but I would like to clarify.

Yeah there's nothing wrong with using lines blah blah...

pero ang thing is, ngano people will say na gi copy ang song kay ang iyang sentence construction, in Japanese, it isn't grammtically correct.

murag gi copy ang phrase, unya aron di gyud ingon gi copy, gi butangan ug lain words.

Itsumo kokoro etc. actually is very awkward in Japanese grammar.

pero gi ilis man gamay, not entirely copied, pero when you try to translate it, the phrase is too literal and grammatically wrong, mao ng maka huna huna ang mga tao na gi copy, kay similar kaayo.

Ambot! basta! nag lisod kog explain kay there's that Japanese translation barrier thing na kapoyg explain.

I hear long ago, kadtong di pa kaayo sikat ang song, na gi "based" man kuno song sa usa ka song ni Utada daw, mga storya gud sa mga friends nako na into music.

pero lusot man gihapon kay naa man change so walay infringement na hitabo.

basta, anything Cebuano that makes it big, suport nalng, Gudluck nalng nila
    aight?!
