    Gisaha ang bombay. Ilunod ang ahos. Nig manghumot na, ilunod dayon ang gihiwa-hiwa nga tamatis. Ukaya.
    Iludod ang beef. Timplahe'g asin og pepper. Pagkahoman, ilunod imong tomato paste. Isagol pud og apil ang imong brown sugar. Kung nagsugod na siya og bukal, ilunod dayon imong spaghetti sauce. Butangi'g dash of basil og oregano. Ipa-simmer. Tilawi. Kung kuwang sa timpla kay timplahi.

    Kung nabugnaw na imong kalbasa, gamit ang pang scrape sa botong nga pangsalad, kudkura kini. Kudkura kini pina horizontally. Pwede pud mogamit og tinidor. Depende lang nimo kung unsay peg nimo nga kabag.on sa imong ispageting kalbasa. Baga ba or nipis. Ibutang ni sa imong plato or sudlanan. Ibabaw sa imong ispageting kalbasa, ibutang ang imong gihimo nga red sauce. Bulibori og kinudkod nga cheese. Enjoy sa pagkaon!

    1. Yeah, no need to make hiwa-hiwa the kalbasa since you make scrape2 man. lol bitaw choose kanang kalbasa nga labo. naa man gu'y kalbasa nga morag madugmok lang.

    2. Dili nimo need nga ipalata og maayo ang kalbasa nga mashable na siya, sir. mas nendot kung pananglit half sa whole na kalbasa, e divide nimo into quarters.

    Promise, lami siya. Careful lang inig scrape nga dili maputol.

    adto mu palit ug bakasi sa cordova tag P90/caltex unya buihi pa, naa sa mandaue pero wa ko kibalo asa

    Almondigas

    1/4 Kilo ground pork
    1/4 kilo chicken breast, chopped
    1 cup cooked malagkit, mashed
    1 small onion minced
    2 tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten lightly
    2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. salt

    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    4 garlic cloves crushed
    1 onion, sliced
    2 carrots, cubed
    2 tbsp. spring onion cubed
    5-6 cups chicken broth
    120g misua noodles
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper

    Combine the first 11 ingredients and mix thoroughly in a bowl.

    From meatballs with every 1tsp of mixture set aside.

    Saute garlic and onions

    Pour tomato sauce and chicken broth.

    Simmer then add meatballs.

    Simmer until meat is cooked.

    Add carrots, Spring onions and misua.

    Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

    Simmer 3 minutes.

    Serve hot

    Sauteed Pork Chop

    600g. pork loin
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 T. white wine
    1 T. soy sauce
    1 t. MSG
    6 T. water
    1 T. cornstarch
    1 T. chili sauce
    2 T. sugar
    2 T. tomato sauce
    3 T. water
    1/2 t. MSG
    2 T. soy sauce
    3 T. water
    1/2 lemon juice
    1 onion
    1 red hot chili peppers
    2 T. green peas
    6 slices tomatoes

    Cut pork into 1/5" thick slices and flattened it. Combine the first 10 ingredients and cook for 1-1/2 hours. heat oil in the pan then fry the pork until golden brown. Add onion(sliced), red chili, green peas and tomatoes. Saute together with pork then add the remaining ingredients.
