hi ts, try crossfit and HIIT - this worked for me. cut down ko from 96Kg to 80 kg (2 years sad ni sya ha) lisod sad jd sakto na disiplina jd. kay naay times na maoff ka, muslip mulami imo kaon. makalose kag 3-5kg after 1 week makagain ka sa imong nalose pero dont give up jd try diets na makauyon imo lawas like Paleo na diet, nya cut the consumption jd. nya to correct others kay dont eat less carbs rather eat GOOD carbs. ako nigamay najd ko pero kuwang pa akong nalose gnhan gne ko magpaporma lawas jd kana ako gigoal. pero Good luck sa imo TS. nahan ko ani na thread kung naa pa makahatag ila insight please ko reply sad mo diri salamat!
