Meeting done Sept11 , discussed draft date , rules and penalties.
Draft Date: Oct 11 at 8pm
Rules: Most rules standard Roto , with 16 teams , 9 cat , Auction Type Draft.
At least "One" trade for all managers this season , but any manager can do as much trade he or she pleases.
Commish will oversee all trades , but will hear out anyone who has issues with trade. This was voted by majority.
Bottom 4 will be penalized , as a curve for inactive managers, penalty as follows 16th place 500 pesos , 15th Place 400 pesos , 14th place 300 , 13th place 200. All managers to do a deposit prior to draft day to get rid of managers disappearing.
Deposit will be at 500 per player.
Prizes and updates will be posted soon ...
