Cebu Most Livable City in Asia by 2015???

Forces in nature can be manipulated. Even we lowly humans had already manipulated the forces of nature for our benefit and self destruction. Yeah your right, don't blame God for any natural calamities. It is our own foolishness which cause it anyway.

Cebu is trying to build a new statue of liberty which will welcome and will give hope to the people from all walks of life. Please help us in erecting it.
As of the moment, you must have experience the negative sides of cebu. Those are exactly the reason why cebu dreams of being livable in 2015 which hopefully, those negatives will be minimized or not eradicated.

By making other cities/places in the Philippines livable also. That is each place can provide employment to its citizens without having them to work in bigger cities. If only Cebu will improve and the rest of the country will not, Cebu would then become a magnet drawing individuals from different corners of the country to make a living in this city. As a result, there would be congestion, large population, heavy traffic, strain of natural resources to serve the growing population, more waste which leads to pollution, it would be tupsy turvy. So to prevent this from happening, it should be wise that it will not be Cebu alone who will improve but the rest of the country also.

I imagine that all major islands will have at least one progressive metropolis. That would be very nice. I hope that air travel will be very cheap and when that time comes. I will surely do island hopping from city to city in our Philippine islands.

yeah! yeah! cebu will be livable in 2015 if ur a freakin chinese or a freakin auslander(foreigner).
But its not livable for the middle class and the poor. The freakin government should do something about that. Just like what happend in the White hills, it's suppose to be
the land 4 the urban poor. But the freakin rich people bought and built some freakin mansion
