i think this would depend. it is always good to be frank at all times. you dont have to pretend anything, thus making life easier. however, there are situations when you just need to tell white lies or make bola just to make the other person happy or at least not to hurt him/her. its not that you are lying him or fooling him, you just think this can make the situation better.
