i've been to that situation....like i feel so torpe...even the girl obviously notices me doing things that makes her feel special but then i just couldnt open my mouth to say 3 beautiful words..geez it took 3 months to say that words to her. and she patiently waited for that pala..ohh well when she heard that, she'll gladly accept it. hehehe.
