I would like to inform everyone about the reality of being a Contractual/Probationary Employee.

They can and will fire you if they think you are not a valuable employee.
They have every right to do so as written on the contract.
So I would suggest just to try your best until regularization.
Kung regular na ka, dili na kaayo ka sayon taktakon.

jcgoyong has a point though. If the company has clearly discussed/explained the matters and the weight of the things, TS would have understand and could have justified their actions. Im not sure though if HR or the sups has elaborated the rules/regulations and set expectations to the employees, but if you care about your job, do well and be informed about the rules and things that might end your tenure.
