Wala akong idea if what version ug e353 ko but my mobile partner is I think, v21+. When my dashboard is already detecting the modem, 100% Signal Strength, Smart 3G Sign. But if I connect it, the signal strength decreases to 50%. Thus, I'll get a signal around 42-53% nalang. We made an experiment with my friend because yong Smart Tower is just few meters away lang tlga kanila and still problem occurs. I check my area " Cebu - Areas near Carmelite Monastery, Juan Luna Ave cor. F. Cabahug to intersection of Juan Luna Ave and S. Cabahug St. " nag hit kami but Smart 3G parin ung lalabas.

Ang akong Huawei e353 USB Dongle kay dili na mo detect on next plug-in nako. I have to system restore para lang jud ma detect balik ang USB but it takes a lot of time. I listened some advices and still it didn't work. I already tried to uninstall it from the "Device Manager". Cge lang cya process. walay uninstallation mahitabo. Secondly, windows update, updated man ang akong OS and check jud. Ma force kog "System Restore" para lang jud mabalik ang system nako from the past so I could use my dongle again. Another advice is, uninstall the driver. I tried that also, once my uninstall nako, dili sya mo process/load/execute. I tried the USB to other computers, and working man sya. Please ko help! Thanks!

Hindi madali masira ang Modem. i even disect my modem out of curiousity. Opearating 24/7days Since October 2011 Drop it many times.

Is it the dashboard's problem? or the driver's problem?

how about no. 2 concern sir? Is there a remedy to this problem?
