Legalizing and regulating prostitution would in fact help protect s3x workers and give them better lives. Have all s3x workers register themselves, collect some sort of tax from them, and in return, provide them with adequate protection and health service. once maregister na sila, s3x workers can even form their own regulatory body that will monitor illegal human traffickers and child abusers. Magtinabangay na sila to police their own field of service.

This i think would be a wholly better situation than what we're experiencing right now.
uhm do you think they will submit and register themselves as prostitutes? You can never regulate prostitution and you can't tax them - UNLESS they issue a valid Official RECEIPT.lol It would be hilarious calculating and submitting the ORs to BIR with the number of tools este heads they have served on days/months, and as you know, they have different prices and services.

Our government can't even provide poor families the health benefits they should have so should we also provide special health benefits to these prostis?
No one told them to be a prosti. It's their choice and being poor is not an excuse to sell your body to strangers.

so how can you calculate their income taxes? Why are you taxing them anyway? Are they receiving above mandated taxable income?

Other establishments don't count the heads but they submit the receipts together with the annual total income that's if their businesses are above the mandated taxable income.

Im poor but im not selling my body to strangers like you. There are alot of jobs out there and im not lazy to apply.

with regards to prosti, it's never been a joke

ana na jud tingali ka ubos imong tan aw nila yots
kahibalo ka unsa kalahi an nimo ug nila tingali? sila magpabayad, then ikaw mobayad sa imo boylet, opps

If there is an establishment that caters all your sexual needs and fantasies, same as a massage parlor, a beauty parlor. Issuing a receipt can be done.

Even in sari-sari store, required man jud na sila to have a record kung unsa ug pila ang nabaligya. item sold and tendered and purchased.
