We can have mother ofc here in cebu and yet we can still accept membership and payments nationwide.
It takes time to register with coop. We must determine the following:

1. VMG
2. Articles of Incorporation
3. CDA Reg
4. Kind of coop: consumer - credit - or what
5. etc
