I was told by our common friend na naa jud ni syay gisaligan kay number of his relatives are sitting in the high position of the government.... i was just told but i don't have any idea kinsa nila. I guess his maternal side nga relatives are well-known in Danao. They must have made name in their place --ENRIQUEZ.

Actually, I made a complaint na sa NBI -Cebu about him last January....too bad I have a very "payak" evidence to pin him. As I have stated na he made use of his friends to claim the money on his behalf. I guess he's hell of a PRO CON ARTIST. But anywayz, as I've told that NBI guy, no matter how slim my evidence are, I'm still gonna make the formal complaint to make a record of his evil doings. That's a good start. It's discouraging actually pero I can't just stay mum of what he did to me. I want people to know the real truth of his other side.

He even threaten me before to sue me of libel coz of that post I did in Facebook telling people about what he did. What is so libelous about it when it was really what happened? The truth.




personality-wise, confident jud kaayo na sya. as if way kahadlokan. kung magstorya mo he'll keep on implying how good he is of this and that, how well connected he is to this and that... dako jud iyang pagtan-aw sa iyang kaugalingon to the point nga ma irritate ka maminaw. sa tinuod lang, the longer you listen to him talk, you'll hear NOISE

mao na. i may not be familiar with the ways of scams I just follow a simple rule:
If it's too good to be true it is. The only reliable source is the manufacturer themselves. Trust your instinct and common sense.

Also, if you're not sure what you're getting into, don't do it. Walay mawala nimo if you back off. Only the disappointment of the person making the offer.

Isa lang ka story ha, tinuod ni, sa sulit.com.ph I saw someone selling a Yonex Arcsaber 15 and 10 badminton rackets. He sold it for 2,800. Claimed reputable sports establishments buy him in bulk.

Badminton enthusiasts will recognize that the Arcsaber series doesn't fall below 13k within the Phils (in HK it goes at 8-9k).

Asked why it was cheap, he said surplus daw from Japan.

I had access to Yonex's Twitter account and DMed them personally.

Two tell tale signs of the scam:
1) The product's numbers were invalid. Naai tama na format ani. One sign of the fake was the "01" on the last part of the number indicating that it was manufactured in 2001. Arcsaber was introduced into the market on 2007. See? Simple common sense.

2) Yonex mismo nag sulti. Arcsabers are NEVER built in excess. Limited na sila kai high-end.

Akong gi tubag ang seller. Na dapat di unta siya magmislead nako ug "original" iyang Yonex. I don't mind if he sells imitations basta lang isulti niya. After all, nangita baya ta tanan ug barato kung naa. Aw, report dayon sa admin. Suko siya.

Another experience was this (sadly, nabiktima gyud ko ani):
Some guy was selling a 160GB and 320gb hdd for 5k. My stock knowledge would tell me that this was pretty darn cheap. But "realistically" cheap. Dili "haggle-worth" cheap. However, the guy had 0 feedbacks on his Tipidpc account. After several hours of pangulit from him. I convinced a friend na kami duha tagsa ug HDD.

After sending the money, sus. usa ka semana na niagi wala gyuy naabot. Nadisgrasya daw siya ug naguba ang hdd but after that di na siya ma contact.

I lost 5k on that transaction.

Basta lesson is this: Arm yourself with knowledge and simple gut instinct.
