Ug Product Support sad dapat dili ka mag problema.
Pentax K10D is a lot cheaper than the Nikon D80.
Notable advantages of the Pentax K10D againts the Nikon D80:
1. Image Stabilizer (Sensor Shift)
2. Dust and weather resistant seals
3. Cheaper

But anyways, if ang Product support dili maayo go for Canon nalang bai. Because they said, sa Nikon daw sa Manila pa? Is it true? So Canon nalang bai if mao na. Like what CrasHBURN said, dili ka magmahay Nikon or Canon.
palit na lang ug canon or nikon bai ...
at least kung canon or nikon ka, makatry ka ug lens sa imong kaila
for example ... pahuwam ko allan(borukhuli) sa iyang 16-35 2.8L
nindut kaayo sa tanan hehehe
you won't go wrong with canon or nikon bai ... ignore sony/alpha dslr ..mahal kaayo sa tanan
pag Canon EOS 5D nalang bai...![]()
hehehe kuya ang 5D pang starter naman na sa mga rich anyways nindot gyud nuon ni 5D, best in skin tones in a blind test between dslrs...
Hey guys thanks for your advices. At least I have now an idea what kind of camera I will be buying. I read in the magazines about features and prices but its different to hear from you guys who have experiences with these gadgets. Its really a big help.
Anyway, I just start slow. I am only interested in two kinds of photography, the landscape and the portrait (weddings) but more on the former. Macro, product and car photography is too much for me. I wouldnt venture in that anymore.
In my place, the demand is high for wedding. Theres a new local mag about photography like I-Mag, wonder if you were able to read its articles. Very helpful.
yup ok sad ang I-magnaa sad local mag nga Digital Photography Phil Edition pero wala pako kita dinhi Cebu
mamistahay, basta boss mao lang ni.. if you're on a budget, palit Nikon D60 (December 2006), Nikon D50 or Canon Rebel XT. Or pun.an lang nimo gamay and get the Canon Rebel XTi or the better Nikon D80.
First I wanna say... I am a CANON user and a NIKON fan...
Just read reviews from sites and users around the net, and compared some pics at high ISO with Canon and Nikon. Even with Nikon's NR (Noise Reduction) feature... Canon's normal image at ISO1600 is still better... period... http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikond200/page21.asp ... and another period here...
I love Canon because of ease of use (samot na sa 30D and 5D, best controls gyud), great fast, sharp and good quality "L" lenses and good quality images at low lights, they also have the advantage of FULL FRAME (5D, 1Ds)... oh, the 350D and 400D's stock grip sucks for me!
I also love Nikon, ease of use (canon is easier), almost all of their lenses are considered L level, most lenses are cheaper than canon, their cameras are also cheaper, ISO 640 would be ok, 800 up, not good... they say: Nikon / Fuji has better color saturation than Canon... hehehe... maybe true...used by a lot of great photographers...
asa'y lig-on nila? kinsa'y mo donate dinha? ato testingan dakdak! hahaha! kani nga part, i wont care. Just take care of it, and it'll be ok...
If i have the financial freedom I would get em all... 30D, 5D, 1D MkII N, 1Ds MkII, D200 and D2Xs. But keep in mind that even if you have the best Canon / Nikon / Leica camera, if you dont have the heart (bisan wala lang usa mind) of an ARTIST... better sell your camera and buy a Canon A400... hehehe... but, for fame purposes.. its your choice hehe... ok ra pud... but not me...
Good equipment will just help you capture better.
Canon or Nikon? kamo na bahala...
pakapin... comparing d200 and 20D in sharpness... http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikond200/page26.asp <-- 20D is better in JPG... but not really noticable in RAW...
