dam* there's no relation with it. if employees resign its because of certain reasons and causes. there are always good opportunities that will come to you inside and outside your company. I never said strict rules will define how employees work. I said imposing house rules and just policies itself reflects the image of the company and gave people impression how professional their employees are etc etc.
Majority of the employees are never happy with their jobs but because of the desperation and need to work for income and survival, they tend to force themselves to be happy or find reasons to minimize stress and being miserable.

how do you know they're ALL happy? granting that you're from JP Morgan, a TL, may be a trainer or whatever, why is it that some people still resign? Work will never define a person's life nor happiness, neither your strict rules defines how well they work.
