hehehehe. to call Manila imperial Manila just shows insecurity. I dont exactly get what it is with some cebuanos who dislikes tagalog speaking individuals. naexperience naku na sa amo mga ofismates na madetail dinhi. naa pa sila logic na why man kita magtagalog kung naa sila diri nga kung kita gani mag-adto manila, kita may magtagalog. heheheehheeheh. haler. funny kaayo. kaabi guro nila naa bisaya sa curriculum didto, or diri for that matter.

There is no way Noynoy could have personally known these people.. so palakasan sa backer... every new president faces that;l

im down but im still hopeful (although i did not vote for noynoy)

but it really bothers me about our new president's decision making skills... ambi man gud nako "the most qualified" nga mga tao iyang ipangbutang as his cabinet members, but naunsa naman ni, wala pa gani 1 week in office, ang iyahang presidential spokesman, wala na nakasipot sa scheduled press conference... as presidential spokesman, diba isa sa mga top priority sa imong trabaho ang maki atubang sa media?

and there's also this --> OFW group worries over Baldoz, Romulo appointment | ABS-CBN News | Latest Philippine Headlines, Breaking News, Video, Analysis, Features

why do i have a feeling this is pres. cory aquino's presidential term all over again... a good president surrounded by bad advisers... dejavu?

i really do hope, for the sake of our country, that these were all just rookie mistakes.

btw, may i remind lang mga istoryans nga election is over... hence black propaganda time is also over... hinay hinay lang ta sa replies ha ^__^

    peace!

edit 07/08/10: (latest news regarding appointments of pnoy)

this is not to add fuel to the fire but naa napod ni oh:

Aquino appoints members of campaign team to govt - Nation - GMANews.TV - Official Website of GMA News and Public Affairs - Latest Philippine News

im not saying na dili qualified ang mga new appointees (because i dont know them personally or their qualifications) but then again, it raises some questions man gud if they were appointed because of their merits, OR just because they helped pnoy during the campaign.

and here is the scary part:

High-ranking military official questions AFP appointment - INQUIRER.net, Philippine News for Filipinos

mao gyud ni ang pinaka hadlok, pag naa nay ginagmay grievances sa mga high ranking officials in the military (and to think, sugod pa lang gani ni, wala pa kaabot ug 100 days)...

    and lastly there's this article:

Does he really know them? | Manila Bulletin

again mga istoryans, wala lang personalay ha, lets discuss the events in a mature, adult and responsible way...

mag ampo nalang ta tanan para sa atong beloved pilipins ^_^

    peace!

Imperial Manila is an insecurity? LOL you do not notice the gap between development and infrastructure between NCR and the rest of the country? You do not know how hard it is for an LGU outside NCR to get approval for projects? How much one must literally beg to get his share of attention from Manila? Especially now that almost every bigwig in every Gov't agency is from Manila.

And shut up about Cebuanos in general hating tagalogs you do not know what you are talking about. If I were to put things in general though it may sound unfair, most people would agree that the Tagalogs are the ones that tend to hate or look down on others.

Bisaya jokes, Inday jokes, calling everyone not from NCR a probinsyano in an inferior light...

House Speaker candidate is from Manila.
Senate President candidate is from Manila.
Almost all Cabinet members are from Manila.

read again. i was saying some cebuanos, is that the same as cebuanos in general? SOME, i used some, because I dont want to generalize. you were the one whos making hasty generalisations on Tagalogs, that you said tend to hate or look down on others. whats wrong with calling bisaya jokes bisaya jokes? isn't that bisaya afterall? whats wrong with calling them inday jokes? whats wrong with calling us probinsyano? all of us belong to a certain province anyway. i wont mind. because whatever that conotes, i knew its not true.

house speaker is from Manila, senate from Manila, almost all cabinet members are from manila. have you heard of probabilities? they won because they have the numbers. they have more congressman than coming from visayas, and coming from mindanao. its not their fault that geographically they are big and comprises of more regions than visayas and mindanao. and it is not their fault that our representatives from visayas and mindanao can't win in the election, or nominated in the first place. In the case of Cabinet Members. Almost all of the government agencies, the head office is in Manila. The likelihood that senior officials of a given agency is currently working and or residing in Manila because of their job is very high.

development in infrastrature manila vs. the rest of the country. there are infrastratures that are just too impractical to be built here, and to the rest of the country. lrt for one. we dont need it as much as they do. skyways. we dont have the same traffic situation as they have. they are the center for business. it goes with being them as the capital city of our country that investors would like to put up their offices there. and because of that, it necesitates the provision of infrastructure proportionate to their needs. in any part in mindanao I dont think they will be needing it, and base on present highways and roads there, it would not be feasible since they dont have wide roads as in Manila.

In fact Cebu is way better than most of the cities in Luzon.

Progressive cities in Luzon like Manila, Quezon City and Makati to name a few, generate big income thus given huge sum of IRA in return.
