Hi KE-25,

Plantex is actually a group of products that can be used for for cleaning kitchen utensils or anything that is used to prepare and serve food and it can be used on any establishment that prepares, sell or make food that we eat. It is effective since aside from killing the things that make us sick, it is also an odor eliminator and insect repellant. So flies and other insects would avoid going near your kitchen utensils after being washed with plantex. Then it is BFAD approved so safe na siya. If you are interested sa product, kindly PM me.

Speaking of CROSS CONTAMINATION which is very critical because it can kill .... as a chef , I practice what every chef practices by color coding the kitchen equipment . I know it wont really matter at home bcause it is costly but better safe than sorry . The color code I am about to put out is a standardized code . It applies to knives and cutting boards most of the time .

- RED = raw meats ( pork , beef , lamb , etc )
- GREEN = fruits and vegetables ( garden salads )
- BLUE = seafoods
- YELLOW=cooked meats
- BROWN = poultry
- WHITE = bakery products and desserts

up ko ani, very usefull ni sa mga wala nakahibaw..most sa ako mga kaila, wa gyod tawn knowledge ani, di raba gyod mutuo kung badlongon hehehe
