I had no idea that it is part of the forum rules that prices must be posted. About time too, because far too many sellers/agents posts properties for sale with no prices or descriptions or even the location! Which is quite annoying for us genuine buyers who are living overseas! We have to spend money to make a phone call just to enquire for the location. It would save everyone time and money if people will post details like location and prices, as most interested parties will buy with a location and prices in mind.
