If it's wrong for Noynoy to act as what he sees fit or in accordance with the constitution then mas maayo nalang na wala siyay buhaton?

Because of his strong stance against corruption, if he really wants to uphold his campaign promises, then definately he has to move as early as possible but along the process, he'll have tons of politically powerful enemies.
It's a David vs Goliath battle for Noynoy and he needs our support to help him run this country to the right direction.
