naa ko advice para mo smooth inyo skin.. instead of buying those bath salt nga expensive au.. y not try ug palit mo ug asin then baby milk bath.. e.mix na xa then mao na inyo gamiton ig ligo ninyo.. after ana ma nice jud inyo skin.. smooth au! promise.. d lang xa makaputi but i promise mo smooth jud xa.. pwede pud instead sa asin kai gamit mo ug tawas.. either way ma nice jud inyo skin.. no need na 2 use bar soap.. rinse lang after inyo gamit then done! that's it..

I never used moisturizer in my entire life, until I realize that my skin becomes dry Now I am planning to use a very mild moisturizer, what can you suggest?

clinique dramatically moisturizer is really really mild, if u have dry/combination skin use the lotion type if oily/troubled skin use the gel...

im dry/combination (i believe) and i use the lotion, ieven use it around my eyes! its that mild!

i used to use total effects for 3 years and shifted to the 3 step of clinique which consists of liquid facial soap, clarifying lotion and moisturizer. used it for almost 2 weeks now and i can already see the difference. im using the 7 day scrub too and i highly recommend it! very very gentle and it has alot of micro beads that works wonders
