^yes sir it is supposed to be that way.. pero naa man sad jud mga circumstances gud nga dli na jud mag work.. and if you stay just because you vow to makasala nlang hnuon ka.. wla pd bya tngli jud tao na gnahan makigbuwag sa kapikas oi pero naa man jud mga higayon nga dli na jud pwede bsan unsaon pa..
^^^ sakto pud... ask lang ko ba, kung mag file ka ug annulment or divorce, pwede ba mag minyo ug usab? kay para nako, against man cugro na sa bible.. (nakalimot ko unsa nga book & chapter) pwede mag file ug divorce or annulment pero dili pwede ma minyo not unless byudo/byuda naka..
daghan man gud karon nga mag minyo dayon ug lain
^^murag legally pwede na kay null n void nman inyo kasal pero d pa ko sure pd ani..
pero kng as a catholic dli na jud pwede.. dpende na jud na sa too bro..
i remembered sa among seminar before sa kasal...
ingon ang seminarista, dili pwede ma annul ang kasal sa church...
^^true jud na.. mao btaw ingon ko nga kng church pra nako lang, d na jud pwede magpakasal blik..
anullment is just legal term for making the marriage license null and void (correct me if im wrong)
if you don't want to cancel the license and but you want to be seperated, you could just file legal seperation (chapter 3 title 2 of E.O.209)... which opposed to anullment you are still husband and wife but legally separated (correct me if im wrong again).
