Frank Malilong, Sun.Star Cebu 5/22/09: I am glad that the Office of the Ombudsman-Visayas has finally decided to look into the towing operations of the Citom and its private partners. For a while I thought that the Ombudsman had considered the issue not worth their while.
What is even more heartening is that the investigation is being handled by Director Carla Narvios Tanco, who is known to work without fanfare. Married to lawyer Joseph Tanco, Carla is the daughter of the late Cebu City Judge Jesus Narvios, who scored 100 percent in the bar examinations on criminal law.
Everyone should welcome the probe, including the towing operators, who now have an opportunity to present their side and clear any questions on how they bagged the contract.

^^^ Mangamute gyud sila ug maayo ini eksplikar sa Ombudsman. Mao siguro nga kursunada kaayo tong nangulata kay tan-aw siguro nila, kuyaw ni atong backer -Mayor dyud. Ilang tan-aw siguro nga bisan way pirma sa konseho, unya pirma si Tomas, gamhanan na sila.
