try mo apply sa eastwest bank ok pud ddto..

nope it is the total limit of your card...

let's say 1st month you have a balance of Php 20,000 and your credit limit is Php 30,000 then you only have Php 10,000 credit limit available for usage...

then 2nd month you have maxxed out your credit limit Php 30,000 and if you can't pay for it there will be humongous or "sangkatutak" fees for your card.

halos tanan CC company modawat man gyud ug balance tranfer.. pinaka minus kay 1.7%.. wala naman BT fee, through phone application ra ok na.

Try Metro Ayala, Cebu. I saw some representatives last week when I was there. They even had some promo gimmicks. Taga Citibank to sila.
