If gipalarga ka, there are companies who ask something in return. Like kinahanglan ka mostay sa company for how many years if gipalarga ka. Mao nay meaning sa bond. Sa amo sa NCR, palargahon kag 3 months bale sa Atlanta den nig balik nimo, kinahanglan ka moserve/mostay sa company for like 18 months. Di ka pwede karesign. If nahan ka moresign, you have to pay the bond. Naa cla computation ani.

    None for Russia so far.

I went to New Zealand for Project though. Setting up the IT Infrastructure for all our NZ branch.
stayed there for 8mons all expense paid.. company car, board and lodging, allowance, plane travel from one city to another. (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga).

For Sales, specially those staff involved in Japanese auction are being sent to Japan, but for now none so far. ahehehe

daghang companies ang ga send ug employees abroad...

pero ang downside lang is naay cotnrata inig balik nimo nga di ka ka resign for a year or 2 years. this method is a double win sa company in a way nga naka double benifit pod ang employee.

    company's double win:

    1. ang employee dili ka hawa dayun if naay laing oppurtunity at the time under pa cya sa contract, unless he/she will pay the bond.

    2. employer can have the option not to give you salary increment sa time nga under ka sa contract.

    3. some employer abuse this method, for the purpose of bonding their employees with contract. (some lang)
