Am interested on the results kay aron ma guided ta unsay angay buhaton kon maka experience ta ug ani nga case, like what steps to take, what remedies are available to us consumers, and whom to go to (the appropriate gov't agency who has jurisdiction over the matter).

There are lots of possibilities that insects and pest might get inside the Dog food. Most probably during the stockpiling. Others might be in the processing and packaging since its very hard to determine esp if eggs and larvaes pa ang na apil. The only solution to this is refund. Better to inspect the Dog food upon opening it if wala bay roaches, maggots or any other pest included. If maopen na ang sack sa imong Dogfood, always make sure to put it in the right sealed container para dli inviting sa mga pest. Once you notice naa naay food contamination imong Dogfood, call the pet supply shop asap and require a refund or change of product. E-uli lng ang sack with the dogfood in it para walay lalis. Mao gyud unta na ang protocol.
