    lami lang jud kaau mo habhab bai saonz hehe , i eat right but mga additional apetite gcounter na sa tubig.. gud news na sad akong pantalon pag college dali na kaau sul.obon hehe

    i think this is a breakthrough, wlay gasto wlay disiplina na succesful weight lost, from 33' naa na sa 31 ako hawak at least..

    samot ka borot imo tiyan sa beer bro, grabe na ug fats n makatulog, drink lng ug water wla pay gasto,dli pa kinahanlan ug disiplina hehe..

    the logic behind dieting is very simple. EAT LESSER THAN YOUR DAILY CALORIE REQUIREMENT AND DO SOME EXERCISE!!!. wa gihapon kasabot? ok, if you normally eat about 1,800 calories a day to maintain your current weight and you want to lose weight then try eating 300-500 calories less. so instead mokaon kag balig 1,800 calories then kaon nalang kag 1,500-1,300 and get active, walk, run, swim, whatever. only then your body will be forced to used the stored energy which is THE FAT!!!. DIETING IS NOT STARVING. its about eating healthy foods in the right amount and getting physically active.

    ur ryt kitty, d big question to this is "tanan tao ba naay disiplina mo resist ug kaon?",if u start working u cant b active, active na makaburn jud ug bilbil,dli ta hisgot ug calorie kay dli na makita hehe ..i used to work out 2hrs daily no weekend break before, from 31 ako hawak niabot ug 27, wla ko nagfat burner n wla syay diet kay body building man..after 2 months relax, mga 30 minutes exercise nalang nibalik ug 32 hehe.. coz appetite is thesame n wla na kaau ko nag exercise.. wat did i do? i eat the required food 1 1/2 cap rice,unlimited sud.an kung wlay mosunod hehe during nightime,pro kung gutomon pa i drink a lot of water.. but i sleep a bit hungry.. pro during breakfast n lunch i eat as much as possible kay ma burn man sya..

    sugar + alcohol = one of the worst kind of combination

    sugar, too much of it will release more insulin to control the sugar which in turn slows the metabolism and stores it as fats
    alcohol, no doubt it makes you feel good but it dehydrates you, what a contradiction.. and shrinks your muscles

    @khitty: don't forget the timming.. when to eat is also important...

    @ed168: importante man na mo count ka sa calories, calories are measurement of energy... the excess energy is stored as fat, too much calories your body needs it will be fats, too little and the body will panic and will slow the metabolism and start to store fats for emergency energy.. kahilan.lang sakto2x ang minus(10~20% daw)

    another important thing to consider is the macronutrients(carbs, protein, FATS) basic ratio is 60%carbs, 30%protein, 10%fats... from there you can adjust it to suit you

    naa koy nabasahan nga diet, according sa study klase2x nga diet ang gi research and usa ang ni top, mostly sa ila representative taas ang pg ubos sa weight... High Fat and High Protein, mao ni ang Atkins diet... haha try daw ani, one day mka anah kah sak2 jud c Doboloh... but dili ko ntrested ani since sexy na ako body...
