oh yeah, twice.. have you had friends who got killed because some Vigilante-style killings got out of hand?

Tell that to the MARINES . As old as the CORRUPT GOVERNMENT SYSTEM , nagpadaghanay na lang na ug APO sa TUHOD ang atong JUDICIAL SYSTEM and " people who are supposed to upholed and maintain the LAW of the LAND " .

Where I worked at , they named it the NAKED CITY . Its a CRACK NEIGHBORHOOD , METRO is scared to go inside and arrest people , it takes the SWAT and K9 units to that for them .

In the Philippines , The METRO is PNP .... they can freely go to whatever we call NAKED CITY and not scared of those who inhabits the place . WHy ? Because PULIS PATOLA go there as customers of the CRACK DEALERS instead of the ARRESTING OFFICERS for these DRUG LORDS . Now who will you call for a 911 situation for the moment when the LAW ENFORCEMENT and JUSTICE SYSTEM hsnt been OVERHAULED yet ?? I dont think its SUPER INGGO .

phil lack police force i think less mga 20% lang ang naay g issuehan ug pusil.. u can see a lot of cops sa street nga wlay pusil..
