Tattoos if anything are for aesthetics since pre-historic times. Meaning, people get it to accentuate how they look or to make them look more attractive by either the tattoo design in itself or the meaning of the design (atleast in the filpino pre-hispanic and iban tribe designs) such as how many enemies you killed or how many hectares of land you own or how many miles you have travelled... everyone, even in those days gets attracted to the baddest or the wealthiest or the most athletic and these achievements are represented by the tattoos they wear

One thing is for sure though, even pre-historic tattoos are carefully and tastefuly done from a deisgn and placement standpoint. meaning tattoos would definitely make anyone attractive... southeast asians and pacific islanders are tattooed people since ancient times, we came from a tattooed culture and we are "generally" pre-programmed to get attracted to tattoos and tattooed people, so long as these tattooes are well made and tastefully done.

If your tattoos suck, there is a high possibility no one will get attracted to you

it's another way how girls express their artistic side..di baya lalim pa tattoo kay sakit, it shows pud sa willingness and guts sa girls.. (me and my gf is planning to have our first tattoo on our 3rd anniv).. naa mo ma recommend artist mga bro??
