I don't believe in this.
As I have mentioned before, animals have no individual souls.
The have collective souls. They share the one same soul.

Not unless it is your consequence for abusing the animals.
Then in exceptions, (it may have happened that)
you can be reincarnated into an animal body just to give you your due punishment.
