I TOTALLY AGREE WITH BITCH_GODDESS:

i don't believe in cool offs as well...if ur partner says u need to cool things off its as good as saying goodbye...because if you really love each other, u do not need any cool offs at all...u just have to talk about ur problems and settle it if you can...when your partner brings it up...it's a sign for you to break up...just be ready...as what nast kaken sed...cool off start ra man na sa break up...

some people tend to use the "cool-off thing" as an excuse for them not to tell their gf/bf that they don't want the relationship to continue anymore.

others do it maybe because they can't breathe anymore, they need space... but the duration of the cool-off period depends on how the person(who set the cool-off thing) really feel about the relationship.

yup if your partner say that "cool off" then thats the same as "breaking up" it is just a subtle word for breaking up.

actually, kapoi man jud kau ang "cool-off" in my own opinion.

actually i had experienced this before, nakipag-cool off yung bf ko kasi medyo busy daw siya (member kasi siya ng banda), eh syempre ignorante pa po ako no'n so nag-pa-uto naman ako....

depends oi, but for me, things can be discussed man, what's the use of cool off,to have some time apart? what if makakita ug lain in the process?...
