wala mi gibayran kay amo gigamit is ang common area. which is naa situated luyo sa mga cottages. free ni ang common area but limited ra ang tables, i think around 10-12 groups ra..

ok ra mo mag common area. ang tables and chairs sa common area mn gud is kanang plastic so if duha ra mo pwede ra usa ka table and 2 chairs inyo magamit

Definitely a very nice place to stay. However,, my concern is about the customer service. We called to get a reservation and we were told that it's First Come - First Serve Basis. They day came, we were asked if we had a reservation. Of course, we explained that we were told that there wasn't any. Disappointedly, we were told that they were overbooked, and were escorted to the free table area when we would like to stay at the cottage area. Yes, we were ready to pay for the said cottages, even the room. My point is.. please provide the right info to avoid frustrations, worse, humiliations.

daghan disappointments jud sa ilang service.. kay dli sila coordination between front desk, resto, phone inquiries, and function hall.. even gani mo site visit jud ka didto, then mo ask ka about the areas, kay i-refer2x ka lain2x na tao.. if dli rasad ka mangusog jud ug follow-up nila, ma walay pulos imong reservation...

tried overnight nila:
tag 3800 na room amo gikuha
4 entrance passes (2 amo-a sa akong hubby, nya naa mi extra 2)
nice ang room, wla ra sila corkage sa food na dad-on except alcoholic ug lechon
mahal kaau ang water and other drinks so better bring jd mo.. tag 40 ang 330mL na Nature spring
ang jacuzzi nila is mo off every 30 minutes (so ipa on lng balik, timer2x man)
food is ok lang (pero pagdala nlng jd ug inyo)
wla sila anang charge2x lng sa room like most resorts have when you are staying customers
wlay complimentary drink ang mo check-in, maypa ang day-users naa pa

but all-in-all okee baya ang place if mao rajd inyo gi apas...
then the pool is closed at 10pm so no midnight swimming..
nice siya kay duol ra sa MO2 which is nindot i-chill2x after 10pm..
