Should newbies be disallowed to post under buy/sell and pm access?

na-ay usa ka member deri bah.. naka palit sya og phone sa buy and sell, unya kay na-a man diay defect to ang phone pero late na niya nahibaw-an.. na bayaran na niya ang phone, cge sya og contact atong iyang gipalitan kay she wants her money back kay na-a lagi defect ang phone... ni abot og pila ka adlaw.. nag change na og contact number to iyang gipalitan, og wa na pod nag post sa istorya...

what if tanan members specially newbie na-ay direct acces sa Buy and sell section.. think what will happen to that section?

[b]Why can't people with "Newbie" ranks post at the Buy / Sell boards and what should they do to be able to post there?
Due to the number of bogus / shady / illegal posts, the administration has decided to let people "earn" their posting rights at the said boards. This way (we hope), people will value their posting access at the said boards and think twice about posting crap. To be able to post at the Buy / Sell boards, one has to work his way up to "Junior Member" or avail of the paid options.

lisod ni tubagon dah... wat if ang newbie serious seller or buyer? then he will be deprived of selling his wares or buying stuff from istorya... and murag lisod sad kung ing-ani kay murag ma-alienate ang mga newbies (like me)... pero sakto sad ni kay para sad ma protektahan ang mga buyers as well as sellers... might as well let the MOD's check on the background of the newbie sellers before letting them post any classifieds at the buy and sell section... just a thought...

bro lisod mana ang mga mu check pa sa background sa every newbie na mu register, besides ang mga mods naa sad na silay mga importante na lain buhaton aside from keeping istorya free of bogus buyers and sellers..

kung ang feeling of alienation, depende raman na sa tao,friendly man ang mga istoryans.. besides istorya was not created as a classified ads na forum.. =)
