Updated my iPhone 5 iOS 7 to beta 4 just this morning. For me, a must update for beta 3 users.
Bugs that i have encountered on beta 3 are now fixed.
IMO, it's more stable, fluid and polished beta version.

If your skype app crashes, uninstall then install again. Tried it and it works.

iOS 7 Beta 4 Points out to FingerPrint Sensor supported in iPhone 5S.
If integrated to other online accounts, you need not to input Username and Password, just your FingerPrint.
