for me ok lang ang movie.

*zhang ziyi is too chinese-looking for the part...would have been better if japanese-looking jud ang lead role.
*i didn't really feel the love element between sayuri and the chairman
*mas naganahan ko sa performances nila pumpkin and young sayuri. pumpkin really transformed in the movie.

and lesson-wise, though sayuri had that deep love for the chairman, the chairman was married and she was still his mistress. nindut unta to noh kung ang iyang danna kay single na rich guy? hehe...

though i like zhang zi yi but they should have chosen a japanese girl... i'm sure there are a lot of japanese actresses out there... or perhaps korean na lang coz the japs and koreans pretty much look the same... they have nice eyes-- intsik na bodlat...
