On my part, it is the pain nga makatagam gyud but not equate to abuse. Somehow ang bunal sa bakos will cause a "trauma" in me nga dili ko makabuhat ug sayop kay unsaon nalang mabunalan nasad.

I find these videos helpful to most of us here. But still my stand goes to yes to spanking as a way of discipline.

If we based on the news report, the vagueness of it will somehow lead to penalty. It doesn't speak specifics. Unless we will have a copy of the ordinance and scrutinize it which will not happen since the mayor oppose this ordinance already according to his recent SOCA.

I can't speak much on it since wala may brat sa amoa, but the way I see on other people, they need the intervention from a psychologist who knows more how to handle these type of kids.

Again ... your part could be different from other kids on a mental and psychological level. If you speak for the millions thten that is good. Di na gyud problem ang CORPORAL PUNISHMENTor any other issues that clings with it.

I am also inclined on what your stand is all about but at this very stage , even my 3 year old kid would definitely be disciplined by me yet I cant for sure speak for him kung matagam ba siya or dili.

Actually sa US , when you spank a child with your palm , mao na ang specific na legal way of spanking kay ma control man nimo . The moment you use the back of your hand , that is BEATING UP already that equates to CHILD ABUSE. The council should have specified it also but then again , what do you expect sa mga tao na these are all new to them ? Similar na sa balaod gi pass ni Herbert Bautista sa QC about rest rooms available for use sa mga senior citizen but gi specify niya na exclusive lang sa mga taga QC. So how about the oldies na walay ID or dili taga QC ? Defeat gihapon ang purpose and this goes well sa nahitabo karon.

In a lot of cases , kids becomes brats because of CORPORAL PUNISHMENT , naa to study ani nabasahan nako somewhere na magazine about PARENTING.
