Used to work for the Sheraton, and when ur in the business you get used to tipping since you've been tipped by guest in the past, although dont over tip - give 10-15% of value more or less, with service charges u have the option not to tip, normally if server is excellent you can give a little bit more.

.. I don't really give tips. I'm only a highschool student so I don't have enough money for that. Pero one time katong ni'eat mi sah akong papa. Dako kaayo xha ihatag ngah tip labi nah kung he likes the services sa restaurant. P150 iyahang gitip. Na'shock ko. I said: "sayang ana pa ui!" then he said: "kibaw ko sah feeling ngah mahatagan ug tip kay nahimo sad baya ko waiter sauna." so mao toh after ato mu'tip nah juhwd ko bahalag P5-P10 rah basta naa. Natakdan ko sah akong papa.

i dont tip coz if tn-awn nimo ang resibo naa namay service charge na tunga tungaon sa mga crew on payday.
