first of all is to decide if you really wanna let go or still fight on

accept that everything is over - never look back

change your daily routine - specially those time of the day you are with that person, do something else that makes you busy

anything that reminds you of the person face it and dont avoid. accept that its over

i honesty cant tell you a straight answer. evevry person is unique and unless i know that person maybe i have an answer for you. what you can do to find the answer is to look at things in general. there are people who are not born showy and sweet and there are those who are really good at it. if you think that guy is not showy or sweet, try to check if he is like that to everyone and to everything. if he is then no problem but if he is not sweet and showy only to you, then you have to know him deeper

@boyguapo - for physical pain we can cure it by "hilot". for emotional matters we can cure it through therapy and counseling
