Nakaanhi nako aning Roosevelt, nindot baya jud. fresh air, panoramic views. Den hassle-less ayu ang booking process. Wa gani jud ko kita sa mga in charged didto, i just payed thru bank deposit. Maybe naa to didtoy incharged sa kato mga nanglimpyo pag abot namo but wa ko kaila. Seamless ra ayu amo pag stay didto. I took lots of pictures of the place. See them here: Lipay

Naa treehouse didto but wa nlng namu gikatkat since steep ang agianan den mahadlok mi mangaligid, lolz. Den suggestion lang, pun-i tawn to ninyo inyo kitchen amenities bisan gamay lng. You know simple kaha, kaldero, plates, spoon and forks. Den sabon sad para hugas plato. Nya ang mga cabinets sa ubos sa sink guba na mga doors, shocking ayu na ig abli nimo matangtang lang kalit @_@

Other than that, wa ko nagmahay na migasto ug 5k para mo stay didto ovrnight. ^_^

DanneaSedai, thanks for staying. We did had a lot of Kitchen stuff before, it was our own private resthouse so all the plates and utensils we used before were left for guest to use. Sa kadugay and daghan ni stay na guest, some of the guest are not in good behavior, ge pang kuha mga stuff. The electric thermos, the stainless barbeque grill.. Some broke things there...

Since we weren't very strict before sa pagkuha sa details sa guests, and some of them just leave in the morning. I even tried looking for Debbie Pastrano here in istorya, her group caused the biggest damage. Have you seen the antique turtle in the swimming pool bar area? ila ge himo og surf board, then plenty of broken beer bottles in the swimming pool. It costs us more than 20k sa ila damages, getting new water for the pool cleaning up, not to mention a lot of missing stuff. I just heard she's already in US. Naa lang gyud some people who don't think on their actions. That night's rent wasn't worth it.

I really appreciate sa mga guest who have stayed there and treated the place with respect. There are a lot, it's just sometimes maka encounter ta og bad ones. We haven't replaced the stuff that are broken thinking it might be lost or broken again. But the fixtures are already fixed, naa man gud sometimes ma broken but we tend to check from time to time what needs to be fixed.

Hehe, naa jud daghan nice flowers didto. And ka bad trip gud adtong nangawat og nangdamage wui. It's because of people like that na others have to suffer. but you can put there a simple caldero and kaha gud, nothing fancy. Then mga plates kay kanang pinaka cheap na plastic. no need to have thermos since pede ra maginit sa kaldero. Den plastic baso sad. Syaro naa pa jud mangawat ana, grabeh na jud na. Dli na na needy thief, kleptomaniac na na.

So kamo mga peeps na nahan mo adto sa roosevelt, nice jud didto, recommended but yaw lng tawn mo panguha butang or pangdamage, para daghan pasad ba maka enjoy didto. Thanks ^_^
