OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Train and educate direct reports on company policies and procedures, and hold each agent accountable for compliance.
Holding weekly one-on-one meetings with each agent, per company policy, and documenting key discussion points for company reference and record-keeping.
Escalate agent concerns as appropriate to the Operations Manager.
Communicate client feedback to agents in a constructive manner.
Issuing disciplinary or corrective feedback and documentation when necessary in compliance with company policy and management best practices.
Be present when scheduled, on-time and ready to work.
Be an example to agents of professionalism, punctuality, and communication.
Properly use company systems to ensure agent adherence to attendance policies, timekeeping processes and other facilities-related policies and procedures.
Act as the Officer-In-Charge as assigned and represent the company to the public in a professional manner.
Ensure that all agents provide basic required communication to their clients, including a check-in at the beginning of their shift and summary email at the end of their shift.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
