Bitaw seriously, everybody should be thinking about development in this country.. we can do a lot of good things if we will work together as one.. even if most of the political representatives in this country are putting most of their projects in infrastructures in Luzon at lease this time we're seeing developments in the South... but one at a time we cannot have development all over the country including Mindanao area.

Yeah...that's why we should welcome this masterplan because this masterplan as far as I know is not a government initiated..........private sector mani siya but of course with the support sa local government.....kung maghulat pa ta ug government ang mag initiate......wala jud tay kapa ingnan.......pwera gaba nalang.........

.. anyway, Cebu will be Cebu. It's synonymous with fast development and will always will be. Anyone who disagrees or doesnt believe in this Masterplan can go somewhere else. Live somewhere else. Live in a hole if you like.
