usually people just take it for a month because they see visible results. I don't know any long term effects for it.I would suggest that you take it only for a month. Allow your body to recuperate. If you lost weight na,then maintain nalang with diet and exercise.

yes this is effective but i dont like how the skin turns out after a coupla weeks usage plus it interferes with your sleep pattern so much you end up looking tired most of the time..plus many of the people i know who used this long term have hair-loss problems...and THAT is not what we would like noh?

I really would not recommend any diet pills...come on we all know exercise is the best way to trim down and keep fit....and there are many ways to do it
