Me to i want to lose weight. Before i am only 130lbs but now i am 180lbs. I want that my weight before back. Nag problema jud ko karon with my wight because i feel so fat na jud but dili pa jud noon ko kau tambok tanawon.

ive been doing high intensity interval trainings, specifically running or sprinting, dili na ni matawag ug jogging hehehe.. kana lang and healthy diet and i mean strict healthy diet.. awa in 2 weeks, naa na difference hehe.
