I think a firewall can block IP's or range of IP's. I remember that I block IP's from McAfee firewall before.

If you are very resourceful you can find so many antivirus software on the net for free I know its bad but I dont have money to shell out for an original..pero pag naa nako work i'll buy an original.

Look for the latest Norton Personal Firewall! this software blocks anything... even friendlies! hehehe... dont worry it will prompt you! its youre choice nman.

Use avast! instead. Simpler interface than AVG.
