    it disgusts me how people look down on call center workers.
    if they would even think about trying the job, they'd just quit..
    because truth it, the call center industry isn't for the weak.
    you won't get anywhere without doing the dirty work..
    and yes, it involves talking to dumb people, long hours figuring out trouble on their systems,
    and even grasping for words in the middle of the conversation just to make them understand their bill..

    i don't know if people realize it but the call center industry isn't goin anywhere else except forward and is certainly getting bigger and stronger. why?

    there is something much more important than profit in the world's biggest companies...
    it's customer retention..
    it has been proven again and again that companies who value their customers of course become stronger in their respective fields.. forward thinking about all the competition in the market.

    how do you think you can make your company be better than all the others?
    of course it's the quality of of service you give..
    I'm sure as consumers you would only do business with those who may not be the cheapest in the market but definitely can give you the best service.. making sure your money's worth it!

    Customer service will soon be the number one goal in all corporations in the world..
    thus, the call center industry will be one of the most important industries!

    think again guys...

    hahaha ! I can relate to this, but it gets better. Have you tried replacing the hard drive with a disabled person on the other end. And of the line and doesn't have anybody to help him, the best part of it is, that's the only option for him, no onsite support or depot or whatever.

    To all those call center haters ! think first before you open your stinking mouth.

    What may come to you as the easiest and lamest job in the world could be a dream job for someone. It all depends on the person who has that job. OK !

    This CC industry is helping not only those who can't get into their field of study "Engineering, Nursing, Law, Accounting, "Jobless". but most importantly it helps those who are not in the call center industry and the economy in general.

    Unsa mani sila? kanang taxi driver nga tig hatud nimo sa trabaho, si manang nga palitan nimo ug pagkaon pirmi, si uncle nga nagtukod ug apartment para mapuy-an ninyo and the multitude of businesses and individuals that profited from the Call Center.

    This industry is one of the top revenue earners here in the country. If you know how much this companies are earning and how much the government is getting from them, then you probably would have think twice and before you looked down on the Call Center Industry.

    labi na tech support, nag expect na sila nga ma sulbad problema or mataga an sila soulution.

    dili pud lalim mo guide ug taw over the phone oi.
    dili baya lalim mag imagine unsa ila nakit an hehehehe

    big help dyud baya BPO industry sa ato economy...
    yaw tan mi ninyo i.look down abi ga work mi sa callcenter...kay nanu kung magka problema mo knsa man inyo tawagan? dba callcenter ghapon?

    Bwahahahaha, basin nasuya lang sa jacket. gusto siguro mag jacket pero mauwaw. then ang mga taga call center, mag jacket man sa gawas nya walay paki sa uban.

    cguro kay sa floor perti tugnawa. then ig gawas sa office padung naman pud uli, dli nalang huboon ang jacket kay kapoy man pud bitbit. then sa gawas pud, init na ig uli, dli nalang pud huboon ang jacket para protection pud sa adlaw.
