i hope some of the moderators could join, too.. crashy and blade will be there..

highlights of the meeting:
1.) the date: MAY 1. please take note that this is sunday. and to add, it's also Labor Day. meaning, grabeeeeeeeeee kadaghan taw sa portofino. that is why we are putting a deadline for April 20 para at least maka-reserve ta ug sayo2x.. the earlier we can reserve the place, the better.
2.) the cottage: the cottage at portofino is really great. dako ang room. we decide to rent the room OVERNIGHT para mas lingaw. kung naay gusto mag night swimming, then mas maayo. hondarevo told us the room causes P2,000-P2,500 for overnight usage. so we need you to list your names if you will be there para mahibal-an namo kung pila jud ang amot.
3.) food and beverages. mas maayo that we will bring something to be shared by everyone. murag pot luck ba. aw pot luck jud diay. be informed nga ang portofino layo sa main road. water is a great necessity so palit sab ta daan kung di mo gusto buslot inyo bulsa sa kamahal sa mineral water.. hehee
4.) transportation and how to get there. It was agreed that we will go there by our own. Pero i suggest nga naa lang cguro ta meeting place sa opon noh? hmm..whaddya think? para sa mga wa katultol ba. plus a sketch pa jud before the big day para di jud mo masaag (to be posted here in istorya)
5.) way ulaw2x rule. the EB is meant for us to get to know each other. istoryans are one of the coolest people i know (and a lot will agree to that) so be yourself, okies?
6.) Dual purpose. The EB can also be a means to gather provisions for the next outreach program (yet to be decided). If you have used and wearable clothings, kindly take the effort to bring them to the EB para naa na pud ta mahatag during the outreach itself.

so, please guys.. i believe this will be a fun outing for all of us... kato sab mga dugay2x na diri sa istorya, i really hope you'll be there guys.. please list your names, okay?? see you all there!

siyempre... para ma update nato tanan na manguyog ug maka hatag nata sa initial contribution... ang-ang wala ta'y ibayad sa booking didto sa portofino ug hinu-on pot-luck system naman lang ang food... di paka maka bring napud ang mga members old clothes para sa outreach....
